What does a reception for 100 guests cost?
For a reception we reckon on about five luxury bites per guest. For 100 guests that is 500 bites at €4, so around € 2,000 excl. VAT, including chefs, waiting staff and tableware. To make a full evening of it, a six-course Walking Dinner for 100 guests comes to roughly € 4,450 excl. VAT. The calculator above works both out for your own guest count.
What does a chef on location cost?
We do not charge per chef or by the hour. You book a concept (a Walking Dinner per person, a food stand per stand, luxury bites per bite) and the chefs and waiting staff are already in that. So the quote carries one figure for the whole evening, rather than an hourly rate with items added afterwards.
